It's always there!

Most of our lives we don't pay attention to our thoughts, most of us never stop to check what we are feeling, why we are feeling that way and what can be done to improve that feeling.

I strongly believe no feeling is good or bad, no feeling should be preferred over others, no feeling should be suppressed. Instead, we should process our feelings, if we are feeling low or jealous or greed or pride or sad, there must be a reason behind it.

If we try to understand the reason and go a little deeper to ask the right questions to ourselves we will find answers which will replace heavy feelings with more relaxed ones.

Being observer

This will shift our anxiety to understanding. The process is called being an observer, this process has been described by many highly evolved souls from various cultures but we always felt lost in practising it.

I have tried a few methods and have designed a very simple and practical approach to stay in observer mode. It helps us immensely when we start to observe our thoughts and actions. Most of our life we have spent judging people and situations around us. We feel bad about people when they behave in a certain way. We have often tried to change them as well. But did any of these things give you peace?

Were you successful in creating harmony and joy in your surroundings, be it work or home? Most of the time, I have heard a "no" as an answer from souls I work with. The core lies in the fact that we are trying to judge "them", we are trying to change "them", we are trying to overpower "them", but in reality, we have actually no control on them.

All we can change is us!

Applied methodology

When we start to observe ourselves without judgment, it's called reporting. You are just reporting that you are feeling low, jealous, upset or angry about something, you are not judging that you are a bad person to feel jealous or greed, we all have such emotions, it's normal and nothing to feel small about yourself.

Then you start to ask yourself why are you feeling this way? Why are you feeling bad, what is the reason for your jealousy or anger? Try not to judge the answers, just take reporting from your soul. Just keep them as FYI. It's a very subtle method of effortlessly shifting your whole being. Slowly over the period of time you will observe that you are no more triggered the way you were earlier because before the emotions surface up you will rationalize it and stay in sync with yourself.

The beautiful composition

Something very beautiful will happen as a result of you being an Observer, you will notice that the energy of people around you has started shifting. They will be more peaceful around you, they will start to notice the change in you and would love to come to your energy levels, It's like a ripple effect.

You bring them into your peace rather than getting drained by other’s storm!
