We often hear that karma comes back to punish us.
But have you ever wondered whether our good karma also returns to support us?
Today, I want to share a beautiful case study from an Akashic Records session that shows how even a simple act of kindness can return to us when we need help the most.
The client had gone through a serious crisis in her life.
During that difficult situation, she unexpectedly received help and protection from someone. The support came at exactly the right moment and played an important role in helping her move through the crisis.
She wanted to understand why this person had appeared in her life and why they had gone so far to help her.
When we opened her Akashic Records, a past-life connection was revealed.
In one of her previous lifetimes, she had helped this soul during a very difficult period.
It may have appeared to be a simple act at that time, but she had offered her support with genuine kindness and without expecting anything in return.
That act had created positive karma between the two souls.
The Records revealed that the help she received during her present-life crisis was not a coincidence.
The same soul had returned to support her.
The kindness she had once offered had come back to her when she needed it the most.
This case reminds us that karma is not only about punishment, suffering, or repaying past mistakes.
Karma is also the energy created through love, compassion, generosity, and service.
Every time we help someone sincerely, support a person in difficulty, or offer kindness without expecting a reward, that energy becomes part of our soul’s journey.
We may forget the good we have done.
We may not remember the people we helped in previous lifetimes.
But the Akashic Records hold the memory of every action, intention, and connection created by the soul.
Sometimes, good karma returns through an opportunity.
Sometimes, it returns through protection.
Sometimes, it appears as a person who unexpectedly supports us during the most challenging period of our life.
We may look at such moments and call them coincidences.
But at a deeper level, they may be the completion of an old karmic exchange.
This does not mean that we should help others only because we expect something in return.
True good karma is created when an action comes from genuine compassion, without calculation or expectation.
The client had not performed that act of kindness to receive a future reward.
She had simply followed her heart.
But the energy of that action remained within her soul’s records and returned when the time was right.
This Akashic Records case study teaches us that nothing we do with sincere love is ever wasted.
The kindness you offer today may touch another person’s life in ways you cannot immediately understand.
And one day, when you are facing your own difficult moment, that same energy may return to guide, protect, or support you.
Karma does not only remember our mistakes.
It also remembers our goodness.
