Walking Beside You on Your Journey to Clarity

My spiritual journey into Raja Yoga Meditation began under the loving guidance of Shri Parthasarathi Rajagopalachari affectionately known as Chariji, the third in the lineage of Rajayoga Masters in the Sahaj Marg System of Shri Ramchandra Mission (now Heartfulness). I was fortunate to sit in meditation with him on multiple occasions, each session feeling like stepping into a sacred, timeless space where the soul could truly breathe. His gaze carried both infinite compassion and a quiet authority, and his words were few yet deeply transformative. At the age of just 17, he bestowed upon me "diksha“, a sacred initiation that was not just a formal beginning, but a soul-level awakening.

Earned a Master’s degree in Bioengineering & Bioinformatics from IIT Kanpur, specializing in Structural Biology. The IIT ecosystem instilled in me agility, resilience, and the mindset of a lifelong problem-solver, which helped me to lead various roles as Computational Biologist, Clinical Genomics Scientist and CXOs in the next decade.

This year marked significant advancements in my leadership journey. A key highlight was being entrusted to lead the SEE platform, an initiative of AA IIT Kanpur, with the strategic support of IIT Kharagpur, IIT Bombay, IIT Delhi, IIM Bengaluru, and IIM Ahmedabad.

In parallel, I transitioned into management consulting, taking on the roles of COO and Director at Medallion Social Innovators Pvt. Ltd., Bengaluru. In this capacity, I spearheaded the transformation of a hospital consulting business into a socially sustainable enterprise, driving the vision, setting strategic objectives, and ensuring operational excellence to align business outcomes with long-term societal impact.

Elected unopposed as a Member of the Board of Directors for the Alumni Association of IIT Kanpur, I had the privilege of serving two consecutive terms from 2018 to 2022. In this role, I contributed to shaping strategic initiatives, strengthening alumni engagement, and fostering collaborations that advanced the institution’s vision and global presence.

In 2018, I took on the role of Chief Operating Officer at Quadio Labs Pvt. Ltd., Gujarat, where I led a comprehensive transformation of an audiology company. Under my leadership, we championed tele-audiology services, enabling advanced hearing diagnostics and care delivery across 15 districts, impacting approximately 3,000 villages. This initiative not only expanded access to critical healthcare services in underserved regions but also set a benchmark for technology-enabled rural health outreach in India.

As a Strategic Consultant to various healthcare firms, revised MVPs for telemedicine products focusing on mental health in Australia, developed business plans, and redefined go-to-market strategies. In my advisory role to Dakshas, an NGO founded by a group of eminent orthopedic surgeons, where I played a critical role in forging technology partnerships and strategic alliances, enabling the scaling of universal healthcare delivery through innovative cross-subsidy models.

My contributions in the healthcare sector have been recognized with notable honors, including the Social Excellence Award – Healthcare Category presented by the Mayor of Kanpur and the Her Rising Award by HerKey, Bengaluru, for leadership and innovation in social impact.

From 1997 to 2020, I advanced through diverse roles across organizations while deeply grounding myself in spiritual practice. The onset of COVID-19 was a turning point - not just for the world, but for me. My inner calling to create a science-backed spiritual organization became undeniable. This led to the birth of DeekshaLife, a platform committed to connecting people with their Higher Self and spiritual past, empowering them to understand their karmic profile and lead a life of purpose, clarity, and joy.

The Covid-19 pandemic underscored mental wellbeing as a vital pillar of our lives. During this period, I had the privilege to share my insights and practical tools to help people navigate mental health challenges. This journey was marked by significant milestones by receiving the UN Humanitarian Award from the United Nations, and being appointed as Global Mental Health Ambassador (GMHA, USA) and Global Impact Ambassador (GIN, USA).

Addressed National and International forums to actively dismantle the stigma surrounding mental well-being. Authored multiple articles on Emotional Intelligence, Mental Well-being, Mindful Leadership, and Organizational Consciousness, contributing to the global dialogue on fostering healthier, more conscious workplaces and communities

Conferred with an Honorary Doctorate by Maryland State University, USA, in recognition of exemplary and sustained contributions to the domains of management and leadership. Further honored as one of the Top Most Mental Health Leaders by the World Mental Health Congress, acknowledging outstanding leadership, advocacy, and impact in advancing global mental health initiatives.

For the second consecutive year, recognized as a Top Most Mental Health Leader by the World Mental Health Congress, reaffirming sustained excellence and influence in the field. Additionally honored with the Women Super Achiever Award – Mental Health by the Global AIM Awards & Conference, celebrating exceptional leadership, innovation, and impact in advancing healthcare and mental well-being.
