Case Study 7: When Shame and Fear Affected the Body

Today, I want to share a powerful case study from the Akashic Records.

This client came to me because she had been struggling with her weight for a long time.

She was extremely disciplined. She was taking care of her diet, following her routine, and making every possible effort to lose weight.

But despite doing everything correctly, her weight was not moving.

She wanted to understand why her body was still holding on to the excess weight.

When we opened her Akashic Records, we discovered that the real issue was not simply related to food, diet, or discipline.

The deeper issue was connected to safety.

During the reading, childhood memories of shame and fear began to surface.

These experiences had created a deep emotional impression within her. Somewhere inside, her body had learned that it was not completely safe to be seen, noticed, or exposed.

The additional weight had gradually become a form of protection.

It was acting like a shield.

The Records also revealed a past-life experience connected to deprivation.

There was an old memory of not having enough and a deep fear that being empty could be dangerous.

Because of this unresolved fear, her body continued to hold on.

It was not only holding physical weight. It was holding emotional memories, fear, shame, and the need to feel protected.

This case helped us understand that her struggle was not simply about losing weight.

It was about helping her body feel safe enough to release what it no longer needed.

Once we identified the deeper root of the fear and began working on it, her body could finally start letting go.

This is why healing cannot always be approached only at the physical level.

Sometimes, the body is responding to emotional experiences, subconscious beliefs, ancestral patterns, or memories that the conscious mind may not even recognise.

The body is not always working against us.

Sometimes, it is trying to protect us in the only way it knows.

This Akashic Records case study reminds us that behind a physical struggle, there may be a deeper emotional or energetic story waiting to be understood.

When we reach the root of that story, healing can begin from a completely different place.
